Our 30-day returns offer

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Start through your eBay purchase history or contact contact@hexhub.co.uk with your order details. Follow the return-by date and instructions supplied through eBay. If a listing gives you more generous terms, we honour those terms.

Who pays return postage?

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return where this was disclosed before purchase, unless the listing offers free returns. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Your legal right to cancel

For UK consumer distance purchases where the cancellation right applies, you can tell us you are cancelling without a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us to send them back. You can notify us by email, post or eBay message; using eBay's return process is helpful but is not a condition of exercising your legal right.

Refunds and handling

For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Cancelling the whole order includes a refund of the original standard delivery charge, but not the extra cost of an upgraded service. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. For returns under our extended offer, we follow the applicable eBay refund deadlines.

Package returns securely and include the supplied contents. You can inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where the law allows, a deduction may reflect lost value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening sealed trading-card products can substantially reduce their value; this is not a blanket exclusion of your legal rights.

Something wrong with your order?

Tell us about faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods so we can arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Neither the 14-day cancellation period nor our 30-day offer limits your statutory rights for these problems. Photos may help us understand an issue, but do not replace your legal rights.

Please obtain return instructions before posting goods, so the parcel reaches the correct return address. This does not prevent you from notifying us of cancellation by post.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
