TERMS & BUSINESS DETAILS.

Your seller

Jay Culverwell, trading as HexHub Collectables (sole trader). Email: contact@hexhub.co.uk.

HexHub is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Pokémon, Nintendo or other product brands whose items we sell.

Browsing and buying

This website introduces our range. Search and category links take you to eBay; there is no checkout or payment form on hexhub.co.uk. Review the exact listing, photographs, condition, total price, postage and delivery information before buying. Your purchase is from HexHub through eBay, subject to the listing terms and applicable eBay terms. Your statutory consumer rights still apply.

Prices, availability, payment options and dispatch arrangements are shown on eBay. The artwork on category tiles represents a category, not a promise that a particular item is in stock. Search results depend on your words and the current listings.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Use the delivery address you want at checkout and contact us promptly if there is a problem. See our returns and refunds policy for the 30-day return offer, return postage and cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions and complaints

Contact contact@hexhub.co.uk or message through the relevant eBay order. Include your order reference and a description of the issue; please do not send payment-card details. We will consider the issue and respond as soon as reasonably possible. You can also use eBay's available resolution process.
